The address of the venue is 33 West Street, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. According to its website Rams Head On Stage is "the fastest growing venue of its size and is currently ranked #1 night club with under 500 seats in the world". This is a 21+ venue.

Kasim Sulton last played at this venue (with Todd Rundgren) on Wednesday 14th April 2010 and prior to that on Wednesday 21st October 2009 during Todd's Arena Tour.

the venue website states that this gig is recommended "for fans of Elton John, Queen and Fleetwood Mac>"

Alexandria, VA to Annapolis, MD is only about 42 miles so will only take about an hour if there's no traffic. (Presumably they will stay at the same hotel for these two concerts but this Tour Map calculation always measures distance from venue to venue.)

The concert starts tonight at 7.30pm and tickets cost $39.50 (plus a facility charge of $1.50 and a whopping convenience charge of $7.85 per ticket so $48.85 in total) which is the same price as when they last played here. Apparently The Birchmere is General Admission with all seating done on a first come, first served basis. To keep the process orderly, they use Line Numbers which are picked up at the box office upon arrival. The venue is all seated with tables. At 5.00pm the Box Office opens and they start handing out Line Numbers to customers as they arrive the Box Office. At 6.00pm, when the venue doors open, they begin seating by Line Number (i.e. the first person in at 5.00pm will be the first person allowed into the venue).

Kasim last played here on Tuesday 13th April 2010 and before that on 17th December 2008 on Todd Rundgren's Arena Tour. Prior to that he played here on 16th December 2007 again with Todd Rundgren.

As they played gigs the last two evenings, there is no gig tonight but tomorrow evening they play in Alexandria, VA and on Wednesday evening in Annapolis, MD. There's no gig on Thursday evening but Friday through to Sunday they play in Tarrytown, NY, Buffalo, NY and then Oneonta, NY.

It's quite a busy week!

Even I know that playing gigs in Woodstock, NY, New Hope, PA, Norfolk, CT and then Alexandria, VA does just not make sense when plotting a tour!

Norfolk, CT to Alexandria, VA is 364 miles back down south which will take about 7 hours by road.

New Hope, PA to Norfolk, CT is 184 miles north east which is back in the direction they traveled a yesterday or on Friday. (It must have been a man who designed this tour!) This drive will take about 4 hours by road.

The gig tonight starts at 8pm and doors open at 6pm. This is a General Admission gig which sold out about a month ago. Tickets were $49.50

Click here to view the venue website. The address of the venue is 105 S. Main Street, New Hope, PA. This is a smaller venue than Todd normally plays as originaly this was going to be the first (warm-up) gig until the one in Bearsville on Thursday was added later.

This venue has a restaurant attached and, having eaten here back in February, it's a place I can thoroughly recommend!

The schedule for today is the same as both yesterday and Tuesday however tonight he is playing a Todd Rundgren gig at The Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY. This gig is the first gig of the tour which has been described as "Classic Todd."

Of course Utopia was heavily associated with the Woodstock area as this is where they made their albums back in the 1970s and early 1980s. The idea of The Bearsville Theater was originaly conceived by Albert Grossman (the owner and president of Bearsville Records and was the person who Kasim wrote Set Me Free to) and was eventually opened in 1989 by his widow Sally Grossman.

Among the stars who have appeared on this theater's stage are Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward The Pretenders, Jimmy Cliff and Warren Zevon. The Bearsville Theater property also includes two restaurants and the offices of WDST and Radio Woodstock. Both the radio stations are housed in Utopia which is Todd Rundgren’s former video studio!

The theater is a Proscenium style stage which is 23.5 feet deep and 50 feet wide. The address of the venue tonight is 291 Tinker Street (Route 212), Woodstock, NY 12498. Click here to view the venue website.

The gig starts at 8pm with the doors opening at 7pm. General Admission tickets are available on the door at $40. No opening act is listed.

Kasim last played at this venue on Tuesday 13th July 2010 on Todd's Johnson Tour and prior to that on Tuesday 23rd December 2008 as part of Todd Rundgren's Arena Tour. Before that Kasim Sulton played a solo gig here on Saturday 17th May 2008.
