Only a brief review tonight as I was well away from any security guards so I took loads of photos!

This venue is an ultra modern hall with very friendly staff. Although the audience all stood for Meat Loaf, I felt very sorry for Chris de Burgh as either they didn’t know Lady In Red (we’re in the old East Germany so maybe they couldn’t listen to Western pop music when it was released?) or they just weren’t singing it because he was even calling out the words for them!

The crowd certainly knew Paradise By The Dashboard Light tonight but for some reason, Meat Loaf sang right though it rather than getting us to sing it and walking off stage - I actually missed that part of the set! At one point in the song, Kasim sat on Charles II’s knee and was bounced up and down for a while!

Both Meat Loaf and Kasim appeared to be having some sort of problem with their sound packs during You Took The Words Right Outta My Mouth as they both spent a while at the sound board by the side of the stage. Kasim did his two handed behind the back clapping again during that song but I think that one of the guys missed his hand at one point as he turned around quite sharply and laughed!
