Tonight Kasim Sulton played the first concert in Tokyo of the Japanese leg of the Todd Rundgren Liars Tour. The concert was in a purpose built concert venue called Shibuya AX in the Shibuya area of Tokyo. Kasim played a bass solo at this gig.
