Tonight Kasim Sulton played the fourth concert of the West Coast leg of the Todd Rundgren and The Liars Tour. The concert tonight was at The Fillmore in San Francisco, California. Todd Rundgren has a long history of association with the Fillmore so there was a large crowd of fans at this gig.
