Kasim Sulton News

Monday 4th July

Tonight Kasim Sulton played his first ever international solo gig when he headlined an acoustic evening at The Night and Day Cafe in Manchester, England. Kasim played a set which lasted about 55 minutes in front of fans from as far away as Germany.

Kasim played a mixture of songs from Quid Pro Quo, songs from his own back catalogue, a homage to Todd Rundgren and covers from artists as diverse as Sugarbomb and Nik Kershaw.

Kasim's solo gig was arranged on a non-concert night of the Meat Loaf Hair Of The Dog Tour and Kasim described it as "a great experience - all in all it was a good night, I had fun and thoroughly enjoyed being there " and he hopes to play more gigs in the UK in the future.
