Kasim Sulton played his 39th opening set of the Meat Loaf Couldn't Have Said It Better World Tour tonight at the Jade Stadium in Christchurch, New Zealand. As Meat Loaf has stated recently that this may be his last ever concert, this was obviously a very poignant evening. Kasim's opening set consisted of Don't Hold Me Back, Sometimes Love Is A Dangerous Thing and Sacrifice. Click here for a review of Kasim's set.

Kasim Sulton played a short opening set at 39 of concerts - 7 in the US, 2 in Germany, 19 in the UK, the one Irish concert, 8 in Australia and both the concerts in New Zealand. At 35 of the concerts Kasim played a three song set and at four he played 4 songs. The totals are:
39 - Sacrifice
36 - Don’t Hold Me Back
25 - Before She Was Gone
12 - Sometimes Love Is A Dangerous Thing
6 - Bully
2 - Cliché
1 - Across The Universe
In total Kasim played 121 songs out of a 7 song set and Sacrifice was played at each and every concert. The most common set list was Don’t Hold Me Back, Before She Was Gone and Sacrifice.

Kasim flys home tomorrow for only a couple of weeks before he embarks on the Todd Rundgren Liars Tour which starts in Milwaukee on 8th April (after a few days of rehearsals in Chicago).
