Kasim Sulton NewsThursday 26th February"Just finished a two day studio marathon here in Sydney. The shows that were video taped and recorded in Melbourne had to be gone over with a fine tooth comb and any obviously glaring and unforgiveable mistakes needed to be fixed. That might sound easy but this is a rather large band and everyone takes great pride in their work and what goes out on recordings. So for every band member, you have to go through two days of shows and listen to each individual part. Luckily, I made the final decision on what was and wasn't fixed, otherwise we'd wind up with a 'live performance' that was anything but live. You just have to leave some mistakes in! One redeeming factor was the studio that we were in was right on Sydney Harbor so the view was nice and I spent a lot of time just outside the door of the control room in idyllic surroundings."
