Comments by fans posted to various messageboards and mailing lists include:
"Todd made at least a couple of references to the noise from the music going on from nearby stages and at one point declared, "It's time to respond". He did not. Songs like Lost Horizon, the Soul Medley, I Want You and A Dream Goes on Forever lacked oomph (for lack of a better word) in this setting."

"I don't know why the staging for this tour has Kas and Jesse in the back of the stage with Prairie and John to each side, leaving Todd in the spotlight up front. I think having Kas and Jesse up to make a three-man front would have been better. I think the guys were enjoying themselves but they just didn't seem to create any spark. In contrast to this experience, Todd was here with the Power Trio in 2000 and they killed! The set was full of rocking numbers that played well to large numbers of people outdoors."

"Great show. Funny tidbit, there was another band on another stage, and they were LOUD. I MEAN LOUD. Todd kept commenting, what is that? He said. Prob a cover band. He got the guitar out and fired it at them in the air, and said "This means WAR!"."

"All technical things aside....the energy and the interpretation of the songs and the phrasing and the sheer power of his vocals were amazing. I loved the way he mixed it up---stool, guitar, roaming the stage. "

"Todd mentioned he may not be the loudest band there that evening but he can obviously play more notes than the others are capable of. Todd omitted Flaw.......probably due to some law of the fairgrounds. But Courage, Hawking, and Drive were well played and sung and, as always, Couldn't I Just Tell was a great way to leave the crowd with a smile before the encore."

"The loudest audience approval seemed to be during the Todd/Kasim high kicks in CIJTY. Some things never change."
