Review by Holly:
We saw the Show last Night in Cologne. My girlfriend was looking forward to it for months and was very excited, because she never saw Meat Loaf live before.

I saw him on the "Welcome to the Neighbourhood" Tour and was very impressed. One of the best Rock Shows I've seen.

But we both didn't like the style Meat Loaf sang the songs. It was a little over the edge and without real melody. That killed the emotions of the songs and made it very difficult for the audience to sing along. And that was the reason why the sparks didn't really flow from the stage to the audience. And as I looked around, I could see that is wasn't just my problem. I would have wished that he sang the songs as he did on the records, as I (and the audience) knew it.

Meat Loaf has a great voice and sang on so many outstanding Rocksongs in his career, the concert could have been way better. We're disappointed and not sure if we ever spent that much money on a Meat Loaf Show again, because we don't know what to expect. If I knew he would sing like 1997 and rock the Arena we were the first to buy tickets, but after this experience we're not sure.

And why had there be the break with clips from Meat Loaf movies and no live music? I think it should not be a problem, playing an instrumental or an unplugged song to prepare the stage. That ruined the atmosphere and many people left their seats. No lucky choice.

Sorry for my complaints, but that's the way we felt about yesterday.

"Band was brilliant, show was perfect, and Meat tried to do his best, but his voice wasn't strong."

"The Show was my first Meat Loaf concert. So i just wanted to say how amazed I was about the Show. Even though I've noticed some how Meat's voice broke down from time to time."
