Notes about the concert:
Apparently the concert was filmed for a DVD release and included special effects like real flames during Out Of The Frying Pan (And Into The Fire). Also the band apparently dressed in 70s style clothes at the beginning of the concert!

This thread on MeatLoaf.net has a couple of reviews of this concert plus photos (although none of Kasim). The second review contains the phrase "Kasim Sulton was everywhere around the stage playing that bass guitar of his and presumably assuming his duties of musical director helping to make the show come off with as few hitches as possible.".

The Gazette has a review by Dylan Clark of this concert. The review isn't very complimentary about Meat Loaf but he does praise the band (although he doesn't mention Kasim by name at all).
