Messageboard post by Rebecca Reese

We had ALOT of fun this weekend. Hanging with the usual peeps, and meeting some new ones.

I really loved the shows. Great TR stuff! Wish he had played a little more guitar, but we enjoyed the shows tremendously! Prarie is awesome, as the rest of the guys, but I always get a high out of listening to Kasims bass playing. He is just FABULOUS! I think the lighting show was great, but one can appreciate it much better the further back you sit. Kasim was the sexiest priest on stage...hehe..and when he walked out in his pink suit everyone was yelling 'Ow'!!

A real treat was sitting in on sound check Saturday night. It was fun to be a fly on the wall!

Want of a nail and Worldwide Epiphany were my favorites. I wished he would have played Stood Up and Flaw...Darn! Oh well. Kasim thanks for your friendship, it was great seeing you this weekend!

For more reviews of this concert, see TRConnection.com. Comments about Kasim at this concert taken from that site include:
"The stage was set with what appeared to be five little chapels, quickie Vegas wedding-style. All you have heard about the LED lighting is true: fantastic."
"Kas appeared to be dressed as a Wild West undertaker."
"Jesse and Kasim's chapels had fold-up synthesizer keyboards (think wall-mounted ironing board)."
"Band returns in very fly suits, Jesse in fuschia, Kas in cotton candy while Todd changes. They play some Funky Stuff and Tighten Up and segue into Soul Brother when Todd returns, now decked in his sartorial best: a taupe/gold sharkskin suit over a bright yellow shirt. Kas, Jes, and John all play synth on Sweet. "
"The encores were nothing short of phenomenal, the entire show nothing short of brilliant. Prairie Prince and Kasim forged the foundation, Jesse Gress and John Ferenzik painted a lush landscape, while Todd took the audience by the hand for a journey through a truly legendary night of Rock and Roll. "
